Turnaround

Same-day printing available Monday–Friday

• Orders placed by 1:00 PM — Same-day production

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM — Completed the next business day

No rush fee required for our normal same-day service.

Turnaround applies to print-ready orders. Orders requiring artwork changes, customer approval, or other corrections may require additional time.

Artwork Requirements

For best results, we recommend:

• 300 DPI PNG files

• Transparent backgrounds

• Artwork sized at the exact dimensions you want printed

• Clean, high-resolution artwork

Please review your gang sheet carefully before submitting it. Customer-created gang sheets are printed based on the files submitted and approved through the builder.

Important artwork notes:

• Semi-transparent pixels may print with white ink underneath them.

• Low-resolution or pixelated artwork will print as submitted.

• Incorrect sizing, spelling, layout, transparency, or image quality in customer-supplied artwork is the customer's responsibility.

• Automated tools such as background removal, upscaling, cropping, resizing, color changes, and other image adjustments should be reviewed carefully before submitting your sheet.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Reproduction Rights

By uploading artwork or creating a gang sheet, you certify that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to reproduce the submitted content.

Customer-created gang sheets are processed through an automated production workflow and may be sent to production without manual review of the artwork or its contents.

Ink & Beam does not routinely inspect or independently verify customer-submitted artwork for copyright, trademark, licensing, ownership, or other intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to reproduce everything included in your order.

Ink & Beam reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order, or request proof of authorization, if a potential copyright, trademark, licensing, ownership, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property issue comes to our attention.

By submitting your order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your artwork and accept responsibility for the files and content submitted.
