At Ink & Beam, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:
General Return Policy:
• Eligibility for Return: Non-custom, non-personalized items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged During Shipping:
• If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Shipping Insurance: If you purchased shipping insurance, we will work with the shipper to file a claim on your behalf. The damaged item will be replaced or refunded per the shipper’s policy, subject to approval by the shipping carrier.
• No Insurance: If the shipping insurance was not purchased, we regret that we cannot be responsible for damages that occur during transit.
Custom Items:
• No Refunds or Exchanges: Please note that all custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes any items that are made-to-order, engraved, or otherwise tailored to your specifications. We appreciate your understanding as custom items cannot be resold.
Exclusions:
• Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Original Condition: Items must be returned in original condition. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
